Athens boutique residential developer — the ATHINUM series and Riviera addresses

Valenci (Valenci Properties Greece) is an Athens-based real estate developer founded in January 2018 by CEO Dany Kharrat, building a portfolio of boutique residential conversions and new-build apartment buildings across central Athens, the Athenian Riviera (Voula, Piraeus, Alimos/Elliniko) and surrounding neighbourhoods — including the numbered "ATHINUM" series (ATHINUM 1 through at least ATHINUM 10) and individually named addresses such as RIVA Residences and THE ELLINIUM. Most source factsheets in this batch were supplied as broker-facing "unbranded" documents (no visible Valenci logo), but one embedded render for ATHINUM 1 carries explicit "ATHINUM 1 — A Project by Valenci" entrance signage, and ATHINUM 10's own factsheet is directly Valenci-branded with the developer's own Athens and Lebanon office contact details — both directly confirming attribution, independently corroborated by web search, which separately identifies Valenci as the developer of ATHINUM 9. Most completed ATHINUM buildings in this batch are substantially or fully sold, consistent with an active, multi-building local track record rather than a single speculative launch.
