PropSentral (“we”, “the Service”) is operated by Reach Solutions FZE LLC, SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By using propsentral.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Project details, prices, payment plans, unit mixes, floor plans, images and handover dates come from developers and their published materials; market statistics come from public sources such as Dubai Land Department and RERA records. They are indicative, can change without notice and are subject to the developer's own terms and sale contracts. Always confirm details with the developer or your advisor before committing.

PropSentral does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Property investment involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Systematically scrape, bulk-download or harvest listings or other content, or copy them to build a substitute or competing listing service or database
• Republish our listings, images or descriptions on other platforms without written permission
• Send automated requests at a rate that burdens the Service, or circumvent rate limits, access controls or our robots.txt
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, or submit false enquiries

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome. Crawlers that follow our robots.txt, including search engines and AI search, assistant and training crawlers, may index the Service. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page on propsentral.com.

Developers who want to list or update their projects, or anyone interested in licensing our own guides and market analysis, can contact us at [email protected]. We may block or rate-limit automated traffic that breaches these terms.

The PropSentral name, design, software, written descriptions, market guides and compilations of listings belong to Reach Solutions FZE LLC or its licensors. Developer logos, renders and brochures belong to the respective developers and are used to market their projects. If you are a rights holder and want material removed, contact us and we will act promptly. Apart from personal, non-commercial use and the quoting allowed above, you may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

The Service links to developer and third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reach Solutions FZE LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on listing information, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Sharjah.
