PropSentral is operated by Reach Solutions FZE LLC, SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). We decide how the personal data collected through propsentral.com is used. Questions or requests: [email protected].

• Enquiries and consultations: your name, email, phone number (optional), the market, budget band and reason for buying you select, the project or area you asked about, the bedrooms you want, and your message.
• Brochure and floor-plan downloads: your name, email, phone number (optional), the project, the documents and any unit types you selected, and your reason for buying.
• Event and roadshow RSVPs: your name, email, phone number (optional), number of guests, the event and your reason for buying.
• Developer partnership enquiries: your name, company, email, phone number, market, projects and message.
• Our notes: the status of your enquiry, the adviser handling it, follow-up dates and notes our advisers add about our conversations with you.
• How you found us: the page or campaign link you came from (for example a utm_source tag).
• Your marketing choice: whether you ticked the box to receive marketing emails, and if you later unsubscribe.
• Your email preferences (optional): if you use the preferences link in our emails, the markets, themes (such as rental yield, retirement or residency) and budget band you choose, and anything you write about what you'd like to see. We also log which of our emails we sent you, so we never send the same one twice.
• Usage data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, collected by Google Analytics through cookies. Visitors from the UK, the EEA and Switzerland get these cookies only if they accept them in our cookie banner. Our host also processes IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not ask for passport, ID or payment details on this website.

We collect this information directly from you when you fill in a form or contact us, and automatically from your browser when you use the site.

Your name and email are required on each form, because we cannot reply or send what you asked for without them. Everything else is optional, and leaving it out only means we may know less about what you are looking for.

• To answer you (taking steps at your request): reply to your enquiry, send the documents you asked for, confirm your RSVP, arrange a consultation and follow up on it.
• To send marketing emails about new projects, launches and events, only if you ticked the marketing box on a form or on your email preferences page (consent). You can withdraw at any time.
• To run and improve the site (legitimate interests, or your consent for analytics cookies where the law requires it): understand which pages and markets are useful, measure campaigns, and keep the site secure.
• To meet legal obligations, where a law requires us to keep or disclose information.

• Licensed real estate brokerage advisers who work with us, so they can respond to your enquiry and advise you. They use your details only for that purpose and under their own regulatory obligations.
• Our service providers, listed below, who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to.

We do not sell your personal data.

Our providers may store or process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves Malaysia, the UAE, the UK or the EU, we rely on the providers' contractual safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it.

We keep enquiry, download and RSVP records for as long as we are dealing with you and for up to three years after our last contact, unless a law requires longer. Marketing permission lasts until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only a record of the opt-out so we don't email you again. Google Analytics keeps its usage data for up to 14 months.

Depending on where you live (for example under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, or the UK and EU GDPR), you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• correct it, or delete it
• stop or restrict using it, or object to how we use it
• withdraw your marketing consent (use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, reply to one, or email us, and we will stop)
• send your data to you or another organisation in a portable format

Email [email protected]. We reply within 21 days, or sooner where the law where you live requires, and may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access restricted to the people who need it to deal with your enquiry. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

The site is for adults looking at property investment. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We will update this page when our practices change. The effective date above shows the latest version. If this policy and its Bahasa Malaysia version differ, the English version prevails.
