Cookie Policy

What we use

PropSentral does not set its own cookies. The only cookies on the site come from Google Analytics, which tells us which pages and markets visitors find useful. They do not identify you by name, and advertising storage is switched off.

Your choice

If you visit from the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Analytics cookies stay off unless you click Accept in our cookie banner. Until then Google may receive basic cookieless signals (for example that a page was viewed). Nothing is stored on your device, but, as with any web request, Google receives your IP address. Elsewhere, analytics cookies are on by default and you can switch them off.

We remember your choice in your browser's local storage under propsentral_consent. This is strictly necessary to respect your choice, contains nothing else and stays until you clear your browser data. Change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. If the banner does not appear for you, use that link to make your choice.

Other services that see your visit

Map tiles on project pages load from OpenStreetMap's servers, the price converter fetches currency rates from Frankfurter, and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp. None of them sets cookies on propsentral.com, but they receive your IP address when your browser contacts them.

How to control them

• Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to accept or decline analytics cookies.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works fully without them.
• Opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's browser add-on.
• Read how Google uses this data in its partner-sites policy.
