A separate WebSearch for this address instead surfaced "Sirène by Valenci" as a Voula/Solomou-area Valenci project — possibly an earlier marketing name, a different phase, or an unrelated neighbouring project; not confirmed either way, so the document’s own "RIVA Residences" branding is used as the authoritative name here rather than the uncertain web result.

Valenci (Valenci Properties Greece) is an Athens-based real estate developer founded in January 2018 by CEO Dany Kharrat, building a portfolio of boutique residential conversions and new-build apartment buildings across central Athens, the Athenian Riviera (Voula, Piraeus, Alimos/Elliniko) and surrounding neighbourhoods — including the numbered "ATHINUM" series (ATHINUM 1 through at least ATHINUM 10) and individually named addresses such as RIVA Residences and THE ELLINIUM.
