Valenci (Valenci Properties Greece) is an Athens-based real estate developer founded in January 2018 by CEO Dany Kharrat, building a portfolio of boutique residential conversions and new-build apartment buildings across central Athens, the Athenian Riviera (Voula, Piraeus, Alimos/Elliniko) and surrounding neighbourhoods — including the numbered "ATHINUM" series (ATHINUM 1 through at least ATHINUM 10) and individually named addresses such as RIVA Residences and THE ELLINIUM. Most source factsheets in this batch were supplied as broker-facing "unbranded" documents (no visible Valenci logo), but one embedded render for ATHINUM 1 carries explicit "ATHINUM 1 — A Project by Valenci" entrance signage, and ATHINUM 10's own factsheet is directly Valenci-branded with the developer's own Athens and Lebanon office contact details — both directly confirming attribution, independently corroborated by web search, which separately identifies Valenci as the developer of ATHINUM 9.
