A WebSearch for the developer (run before building ATHINUM 1) independently returned: "ATHINUM 9, featuring elegant 2 & 3-bedroom apartments eligible for the €250K Greek Golden Visa in Athens" as a named Valenci project — this is the strongest single piece of external corroboration for the developer attribution applied across the whole 10-project batch, alongside ATHINUM 1's own embedded entrance-signage image.
