The group’s own brochure cites a $80 billion+ total development value, 100,000+ homes, 50+ hotels, 8 marinas, 10,000+ hotel keys and 6 malls across 18+ countries. Ramhan Island, a naturally formed private island off Abu Dhabi, is one of its flagship waterfront masterplans.
