Independent web search (PropertyGuru, The Edge Malaysia, Yahoo News) confirms Phase 1 (79 villas + 57 parkhomes) launched 6 December 2025 and was fully sold, with a total project GDV of RM552 million and target completion in 2029 — all consistent with quick facts and the local source. However, the local Info Kit (dated 19 July 2024, an earlier planning-stage document) states villa sizes of 2,865–3,880 sq ft, while the current, independently corroborated as-launched product is reported at 3,800–4,941 sq ft "from RM4 million" — both figures are shown, not reconciled, since the difference likely reflects genuine design evolution between the 2024 planning fact sheet and the actual December 2025 launch. The developer’s own on-site construction-hoarding signage (a photographed APDL disclosure) separately states a combined Parkhome+Apartment price of RM1,411,000–RM2,043,000 and a Villa price of RM1,658,000–RM5,872,000 — legible with reasonable but not perfect confidence given photo quality; the villa APDL figure is notably lower than the RM4 million+ current price quoted via web search, plausibly because the APDL figure is a legally-required historical minimum disclosure rather than current asking price. Developer name also appears as "Mayland Development Sdn Bhd" in some independent sources — shown as found.
