Developer of Majestic @ Kiara Reserve on the edge of Bukit Kiara Reserve

Majestic Land Sdn Bhd is the developer of Majestic @ Kiara Reserve, a low-density masterplan on the edge of Bukit Kiara Reserve, near SMK Sri Hartamas between Mont’ Kiara and Damansara Heights. Some independent web sources also reference the entity as "Mayland Development Sdn Bhd" — shown as found, not reconciled. Phase 1 (villas and parkhomes) launched 6 December 2025 and was fully sold, per independent web corroboration.
