Real Dated Price Chart Used Directly; One Internal-Marked Sales Kit Excluded
The developer’s own "Price and Unit Chart 16Mar (CentriX).pdf", dated 16 March 2026 and carrying no distribution restriction, discloses per-unit selling prices, PSF and live AVAILABLE/PRE-BOOKED/BOOKED status across all 25 sold levels — used directly as the pricing source. priceFrom (RM949,800) and the second priceByType figure (RM1,812,800) are two specific, individually verified units from that chart (Level 2/3 unit 02-07/03-07 at 601 sq ft, and Level 28 unit 28-3A at 1,033 sq ft) rather than a full transcription of the ~25-level x ~19-stack grid, which was reviewed but not exhaustively tabulated. Separately, the source zip’s "EN Centrix Sales Kit" (23MB) is marked "Strictly for internal reference only. Not for public distribution" on every page and was NOT used as a source for any public-facing content here — the same developer/JV/land facts it contains were independently available via quick facts supplied directly and the project’s own unrestricted FAQ document, which is what was actually used. A "Bridgmen" hospitality-management corporate profile PDF was also found marked "For Internal Use Only" and is not named in this listing; the FAQ’s own (unrestricted) reference to "3 Top Hospitality Management Companies" is used instead, without naming the specific partner. Target completion: the FAQ (dated 6 Nov 2025) states "2028," while quick facts supplied directly (presumably reflecting a more recent update) state "2nd half 2029" — the later figure is shown, with the discrepancy noted here rather than silently resolved.
Not assessed here: competing/upcoming supply in the immediate area, projected capital growth, and future rental demand. These require independent research or a licensed local agent — ask a PropSentral advisor if you'd like help finding one.
