DAC Development Holdings Sdn Bhd is the joint venture cum turnkey developer of Centrix The Station KLCC, developed in partnership with Intan Sekitar Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of Crest Builder Berhad) on land owned by Prasarana Malaysia Bhd — the government transit agency behind Kuala Lumpur’s LRT and monorail network. DAC Holdings’ management is led by CEO Dato’ Daniel Chan, with over 40 years’ experience at developers including UM Land and Sime Darby Property, per the project’s own FAQ document.
