Sime Darby Property Berhad was incorporated in 1973, formed from the integration of the property arms of Golden Hope Plantations, Kumpulan Guthrie and Sime Darby Berhad, and listed on Bursa Malaysia in November 2017. The Reya is Sime Darby Property’s residential launch within KL East, a 159-acre master-planned township in Melawati built beneath the Klang Gates Quartz Ridge, the world’s longest quartz ridge.
