OSK Property is the property development arm of OSK Holdings Berhad, a publicly listed Malaysian conglomerate (Bursa Malaysia), and is described in its own marketing as "one of the top five" property developers in Malaysia. Its flagship international project is Melbourne Square, a 5-acre integrated precinct in Southbank, Melbourne, developed via the Yarra Park City Pty Ltd joint venture with EPF (Malaysia’s national pension fund) and built by Multiplex, Australia’s largest construction company.
