Impian Ekspresi Sdn Bhd is the Phase 1 developer of Pavilion Damansara Heights, a 15.92-acre freehold integrated masterplan comprising 3 luxury residential towers (Windsor Suites, Regent Suites, Crown Residences), 9 Grade A corporate office towers and the 1-million-sq-ft Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall. The corporate towers and shopping mall are already complete and operating; the residential towers have been handed over. Phase 2 of the wider masterplan (Imperial Residences and Royal Suites) is developed by a separate entity, Jendela Mayang Sdn Bhd, a Pavilion Group/CPPIB joint venture.
