Hap Seng Land is the property development and investment division of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad, a diversified, Bursa Malaysia-listed conglomerate (listed since August 1978, formerly The East Asiatic Company (Malaysia) Berhad) with businesses spanning plantations, credit financing, automotive and building materials. Hap Seng Land’s property division was incorporated in 1972 in Sabah before expanding into the Klang Valley, where Aria Luxury Residence on Jalan Tun Razak is one of its flagship KLCC-area completions.
