EXSIM Group’s own-name entity behind Ceylonz Suites, a completed SOHO tower in Bukit Ceylon

Exsim Development Sdn Bhd, the EXSIM Group’s own-name development entity, built Ceylonz Suites on Persiaran Raja Chulan, Bukit Ceylon — a 39-storey, 442-unit SOHO tower completed in 2020, independently corroborated via multiple property portals. The building is now sold predominantly to investors and operates on an Airbnb-friendly, guaranteed-rental-return basis via hospitality partner Mana Mana Hospitality/ANGO Property. The same entity also holds EXSIM’s development rights (via a joint venture with landowner Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd) for The Fiddlewoodz @ KL Metropolis, a twin-tower freehold serviced residence within the 75.5-acre KL Metropolis masterplan (“MET 6”), completed 2025.
