BSG Property

Penang-rooted developer under the Boon Siew Group, in property since the 1950s

BSG Property is the property development division of the Boon Siew Group (BSG), founded by the late Tan Sri Dato’ Loh Boon Siew, with its holding company Oriental Holdings Berhad listed on Bursa Malaysia’s Main Board since 1964. BSG has been in property development since the 1950s, with a large Penang land bank, and completed 10 Stonor in the KLCC area. Katana Developments Sdn Bhd, the project entity behind Katana II Residence in the U-Thant embassy enclave, operates under the same group.
