Bon Estates (formerly PPM Realty) was founded in 2012 in Penang by Goh Soo Sing, who rebranded the company in 2015 and expanded into Kuala Lumpur. Its flagship project, The Estate in Bangsar South, launched in March 2017. Yanu Hills at Bon Estates is the company’s inaugural venture into landed properties.
