SUNRAF

Developing Montenegro and Europe for 30+ years

SUNRAF is a real-estate developer with more than 30 years of experience and over 1 million m² delivered across Montenegro and Europe, per its own public project materials. Its debut hotel-branded project, Melia Private Residences Budva, is developed by SUNRAF under a 15-year hotel management agreement with Meliá Hotels International, which operates the property and brand but is not the developer of record.
