SCC Vertex is the Dubai real estate arm of SCC Pvt Ltd (trading as Shivalaya), an Indian infrastructure contractor with over 30 years of experience and a stated $1.3B project portfolio across highways, government buildings and institutional facilities in India — including the Indian Culinary Institute, Noida and the New Madhya Pradesh Bhawan, Chanakyapuri. Its own 2025 company profile frames the move into Dubai residential development as an expansion ("driven by a passion for development... we expand to Dubai"), with The Willows Residences in Meydan District 11 as its debut UAE project — SCC Vertex's track record is in infrastructure and institutional construction, not prior residential towers.
