Prestige One Developments is a Dubai-based real estate developer that entered the real estate sector in 2007, under the umbrella of a parent group tracing back to 1967. Led by CEO Ajmal Saifi (recognised by the Dubai Land Department as one of Dubai’s top investors), the developer has grown a residential and branded-residence portfolio across JVC, Dubai Sports City, Dubai Islands, Meydan, MBR City, Barsha Heights and Dubai Maritime City — including a Hilton-branded residence and a Fauchon-branded residence, and having completed handovers of Vista and The Residence in April 2026.
