Premier Choice International (PCI) was founded in 2011 by CEO Amran Zia (a graduate of the Alpina School of Hotel Management, Switzerland, with 21+ years in real estate) in Dubai, later expanding to Islamabad, Pakistan. Its own 2026 company profile cites 150+ team members globally, 13+ completed projects and 26+ projects in development, spanning Islamabad developments (Buraq Heights, Box Park II, River Courtyard II, Business District 9, Orchard Boulevard, Grand Orchard DHA) and two Dubai projects, Gateway in JVC (launched 2023) and South Lofts, a co-living concept in Dubai Industrial City (launched 2025). Property/facilities management is handled by sister company Premier Hospitality.
