Paramount Property is the property development arm of Paramount Corporation Berhad, a Bursa Malaysia-listed company originally incorporated in 1969 as a rice miller (Malaysia Rice Industries Berhad) before entering township development over four decades ago in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Today Paramount Property develops across Kedah, Penang, Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, including The Atera, a transit-oriented development beside the Asia Jaya LRT Station in Section 14, Petaling Jaya.
