Waterfront masterplans from Naguib Sawiris’s development group

Ora Developers is the real estate arm of Egyptian billionaire Naguib Sawiris's Orascom Investment Holding, established 2016, known internationally for large-scale destination projects in Egypt (Zed, Fouka Bay, Silver Sands) and expanding into the UAE with BAYN, a beach-and-canal-front masterplan at Ghantoot on the Abu Dhabi coast between Dubai and Abu Dhabi city. First UAE listing verified via developer-issued marketing (fact sheet/brochure), not yet independently corroborated beyond the developer's own materials.
