MK Land Holdings Berhad, incorporated in 1978 and listed on Bursa Malaysia since 1999, is the master developer of Damansara Perdana, a 750-acre Petaling Jaya township developed since 1996 with total sales exceeding RM1.9 billion. Within it, The Rafflesia collection of semi-detached hillside homes has launched in successive phases since the original package (completed 2012) through Hill 1 (2016), Hill 2 (2025) and the currently-selling Hill 3 and Hill 4.
