Mill Hill Developers is an international real estate group active across the UAE and UK. Its own company profile describes a 20-year combined track record spanning Central London hospitality assets (5-star hotels), large-scale residential developments in Birmingham, and opulent villas on Palm Jumeirah, under a separate UK corporate structure. On Dubai Islands, Mill Hill's debut project Allegro Residences (60 units) is reported "90% sold, with the structure nearing full height," handover Q4 2026, followed by its second Dubai Islands launch, Allegro Park (52 units), handover Q4 2027. The group is affiliated with Xclusive Yachts, a Dubai yacht charter company, which provides a complimentary annual Yacht Club membership to Allegro purchasers.
