Ultra-luxury freehold acreage developer behind Anyara Hills

KHK Land is the property development arm of KHK Group, a diversified Malaysian holding company founded in 2016 by Tan Sri Kong Hon Kong (KHK Land itself incorporated 2021). Its flagship, Anyara Hills, is a 584-acre freehold hillside township in Semenyih, Selangor, and the first residential development in Malaysia and Southeast Asia to build helicopter connectivity into its masterplan via a joint marketing agreement with Bell Textron Inc.
