GRID (also known as GRID Realty/GRID Properties) is a Dubai real estate developer founded in 2019, backed by Gulf Islamic Investments, with a portfolio of over 30 projects and 6.8 million sq ft of development valued at $2.2 billion, spanning the UAE, UK and Cyprus. GRID is known for branded partnerships (Elie Saab Residences, Marriott Autograph) and for acting as Development Lifecycle Management Partner on projects owned by other entities, in addition to developing its own projects directly.
