Alaia Developments

Dubai debut developer behind Chelsea Gardens in Jumeirah Garden City

Alaia Developments is led by Managing Director Saad Hussain, described in its own company profile as having "over two decades" of Middle East luxury real estate investment experience and a family legacy in the steel industry spanning 40+ years, including prior luxury villa developments in Dubai. Chelsea Gardens — a 56-unit boutique tower in Jumeirah Garden City — is Alaia’s debut development as a registered developer. Design architect Emsquare Engineering Consultants (est. 2007) and main contractor Majestic Mountains Building Contracting LLC (MMBC, formed 2006) are both named on the project.
