The only floor-plan document is for the Sky Villas. The main brochure confirms Studio, 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom apartments but gives no sizes for them, so only Sky Villa sizes are listed. No price, payment plan or completion date appears in any document; the main brochure says "Ask for Exclusive Brochure & Inventory" for 50th-floor private-pool units.

Status: Off-Plan Per Danube’s Own Project Board

The "Our Projects" page at the end of the Sky Villas floor-plan set places Viewz under "NEW LAUNCH," separate from the "SOON TO BE DELIVERED 2023" group. That board is several years old, so construction has likely progressed since; no escrow block or completion date was found to update it.
