The source folder’s own dedicated "amenities" zip contains 5 high-end lifestyle renders, but every one shows a dense, illuminated waterfront marina skyline in the background (visible yacht harbour, high-rise canal-front towers) — completely inconsistent with Arjan’s own described surroundings (Miracle Garden, Arabian Ranches, Motor City, all low-rise and inland). This is either generic stock/template photography or a misfiled render set from an unrelated Marina-area project, and was not used for this listing. The only image used is the brochure’s own stylized architectural massing render (building silhouette against clouds, no skyline backdrop), which is genuinely Skyz-branded.
