Dubai-based sustainability-focused developer behind The Sustainable City — now building Oman’s first sustainable city at Yiti, Muscat

Diamond Developers is a privately held Dubai-based real estate developer, founded 2003, best known for conceiving and building The Sustainable City in Dubailand (opened 2015/2016) under CEO and co-founder Faris Saeed — founding year and leadership corroborated via WebSearch (Metropolitan Real Estate, Forbes Middle East), not stated directly in the Oman source pack itself. In Oman, Diamond Developers has partnered with the government-backed Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group) to build The Sustainable City - Yiti, Phase 1 of the wider Yiti Integrated Tourism Development on Muscat’s coast — independent press (Oman Observer, Gulf News, Arabian Business) covers it as a roughly $1 billion project. Three products are currently marketed there: The Sustainable District (villas), The Plaza (apartments) and Nikki Beach Residences at The Arc (a branded, Nikki Beach-managed residential collection) — all three listed separately on this platform.
