Bursa Malaysia-listed developer, part of the Ayala Land Group since 2018

Avaland Berhad is a Bursa Malaysia Main Market-listed developer that became a subsidiary of Philippine conglomerate Ayala Land Inc. in February 2018, since expanding into luxury residences including Aetas Damansara (completed) and Alira Subang Jaya. Accent Residences @ Section 13, Petaling Jaya is developed through its wholly-owned unit Leisure Event Sdn Bhd, which acquired the 2.17-acre site for RM49 million to undertake a high-rise development with an estimated RM320 million gross development value. Aetas Taman Desa is the third project under Avaland’s ultra-luxury "Aetas" sub-brand, alongside Aetas Damansara and Aetas Seputeh — no project-specific Sdn Bhd subsidiary name was found in either the local source pack or web search, so it is shown under the parent Avaland brand.
