Genuinely Missed Listing — Found via a Full Disk-vs-Shipped Audit

This listing was entirely missed during this session's Dubai Hills Estate pass (that area was believed complete) and only caught after the user flagged a separate missed Emaar Beachfront folder (Bayview By Address), prompting a full audit of every local Emaar folder against what had actually been shipped to `data.ts`. Hillsedge was downloaded manually as two per-tower zip sets (Brochure/Factsheet/Floor Plans/Images/Masterplan/Mood Board/One Pager/Payment Plan) rather than this session's usual single `_agentpack.zip`, the same pattern that caused Bayview to be missed too. Unlike Seapoint/Bayview, Tower A and Tower B's fact sheets are byte-for-byte identical in content (same 406-unit total, same sizes, same starting prices) — genuinely one community marketed identically per tower with only the payment-plan start dates offset by about a month (Tower A begins Dec 2024, Tower B begins Jan 2025) — kept as ONE listing rather than split, using Tower A's payment schedule as the modelled one. 2 images (twilight aerial of both towers with the "Hillsedge" wordmark, Hillside Park golf-green amenity) verified genuine via Read. Coordinates reused from Sidra (an existing Dubai Hills Estate listing).
