The First Tower by Ambassadori is a 58-floor, 216m residential tower on Ambassadori Island — an 84-hectare artificial island off Batumi, Georgia, master-developed by Ambassadori Group (the same island also hosts HOLM Developments’ separate One Peninsula tower). It is the flagship, currently-released building on the island’s "Left Peninsula" zone within a much larger masterplan — the developer’s own general presentation describes a second "Gate" skyscraper, premium villa plots, a Right Peninsula hospitality/wellness zone and an Island Center with a marina, yacht club and casino, but none of those have any dedicated floor plans, unit numbers or pricing anywhere in the source material (only The First Tower does) — they are masterplan-stage concepts, not yet separately sellable products, and are not listed here.
