Relationship to DAMAC Bay (Phase 1)

The brochure’s own copy explicitly frames this as a sequel — "With DAMAC Bay we brought you the call of the sea. Now, with DAMAC Bay 2, feel fierce creativity unleashed next door" — confirming this is a later, physically adjacent phase rather than a re-release of the same towers.
