Vida-Branded, Two-Tower High-Rise — Unusually Large Source Folder

This source folder was unusually large (~10.4GB total, including a 4.1GB "BRIEF.zip" and multiple oversized InDesign production archives) compared to every other listing in this batch — only the actual Fact Sheet and Payment Plan PDFs and 2 branded render JPGs were selectively extracted, not the full archives. The InDesign artwork folders contained leftover linked-image filenames from an unrelated Dubai Hills Estate project ("ROSEHILL_DHE_..."), evidently a reused production template — the final PDF/render content itself is unambiguously Baystar by Vida-branded and was used as-is; not treated as a misfile since only the InDesign source (not the client-facing output) carried old filenames. Two mid-rise towers, 319 total units (177 + 142), from AED 2.1M. The 9-stage payment plan (down payment + 8 instalments) sums cleanly to 100%; the first 3 instalments (Sep 2025, Mar 2026, Sep 2026) are already in the past relative to today, meaning construction is underway, with 100% Construction Completion estimated Dec 2029 (~3.25 years future) — kept off-plan. Uses the same Rashid Yachts & Marina coordinate established on Aurea (approximate).
